Mrs Gopa Ghoshal, Founder of Yoga for Wellbeing. With a passion for yoga spanning 9 years, she has dedicated herself to enhancing women's well-being through practice and teaching. As a certified yoga therapist, Mrs Ghoshal's approach is holistic, empowering individuals to adopt daily yoga practices for overall well-being.
Her Initiatives:
1. Monthly Challenges: Encouraging followers to adopt Ayurvedic Dinacharya (daily routines) for a healthier lifestyle.
2. Workshops: Organizing monthly workshops to promote health awareness among women.
3. Spiritual Growth: Conducting weekly Bhagavad Gita classes through Chinmaya Mission Mumbai to foster spiritual growth.
4. Social Cause: Suryathon, a yearly charity event, aims donation for underprivileged children, reflecting her commitment to social responsibility.
